Tracy Moyes | Co-Founder

Tracy has a background in strategy, marketing and tech - and is passionate about the changing nature of work and how this drives business success and innovation. 

Tracy has led a wide range of programmes and initiatives to support and grow innovation and technology ecosystems, including overseeing the design and development of Wellington’s technology and digital hub and ColliderWgtn programme, and the establishment of Auckland’s innovation precinct, GridAKL - a project she led from inception to implementation.

Jonah Merchant | Co-founder

Jonah is a recognised thought leader in initiatives to support business growth and innovation, and the development of startup ecosystems. Cofounder of New Zealand’s largest coworking provider, BizDojo (acquired by global category leader FTSE-250 UK listed IWG Plc in December 2017), and innovation consultancy Collaborators, Jonah brings a strong background and interest in emerging technologies, the future of work, and corporate innovation strategy.

Lachlan Sloan | DIRECTOR, FUTURE OF WORK

Lachlan co-founded Compass Offices in 2008 and was instrumental in helping to grow it into a leader in the shared space market in Asia - taking the business from one location in Hong Kong to 43 locations across six countries, servicing over 6,000 members. Lachlan has worked in Technology, HR Services and Venture Capital. After returning to NZ in 2015 he joined BizDojo (NZ’s largest coworking provider) as Partner and COO. Lachlan brings extensive experience in technology, audit, review, design and planning experience that enables companies to deliver a workplace that drives engagement, collaboration, and productivity and prepare for the future of work.

Sarin Moddle | ASSOCIATE

Sarin brings a wealth of experience in project management and event production. Her introduction to coworking and innovation came out of a background in community development work and soon moved into operations management where she oversaw the operational and physical expansion of BizDojo. Sarin currently works in production management across New Zealand and Canada, where she remains motivated by the desire to drive efficiency and connect people with the resources they need to do their best work.
